Ingredients
Scale
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by lining an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with butter.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and cream cheese together over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.
- Once combined, lower the heat and gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring to maintain a smooth consistency.
- After all the powdered sugar is mixed in, add the milk and vanilla extract, ensuring everything is well blended. If you’re using white chocolate chips, mix them in now until they’re fully melted and incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top the fudge with graham cracker crumbs to resemble a cheesecake crust and gently press them down into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm enough to cut into squares.
- Once set, cut the fudge into small squares and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle some melted chocolate on top before serving.
