1 (16.3 ounce) package jumbo flaky biscuits such as Pillsbury® Grands! Biscuits with Flaky Layers
16 thin slices deli ham
4 (1 ounce) slices Cheddar Swiss or Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to package instructions for the biscuits.
- Open the package of biscuits and separate them carefully.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each flattened biscuit.
- Fold the biscuits over to create pockets, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using.
- Bake according to biscuit package instructions or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
