Ingredients

  • 2 links of Polska kielbasa or any preferred smoked sausage
  • Cooking spray optional, for the air fryer basket
  • Garlic powder optional
  • Paprika optional
  • Mustard or barbecue sauce optional for dipping
  • Vegetables optional, such as bell peppers, onions, or zucchini

Instructions

  • Prepare the Kielbasa: Slice the kielbasa into even rounds (about ½ inch thick). Optionally, slice vegetables into similar-sized pieces for a one-basket meal.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Arrange the Kielbasa: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the kielbasa slices in a single layer. If using vegetables, add them around the kielbasa.
  • Cook the Kielbasa: Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure both sides are crispy.
  • Serve: Once done, transfer the kielbasa to a plate. Let it cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces or your favorite sides.
