- 1 lb 450g small baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme, optional
- Fresh parsley for garnish, optional
Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. This step ensures your potatoes cook evenly and get that perfect crispy texture.
