- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger optional
- 1 –2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice optional
- A pinch of cayenne pepper optional
Boil the Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small pot or kettle.
