Baking Sheet
Parchment paper
Meat thermometer (optional)
- 4 lobster tails fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping just before the tail fin.
Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base, and rest the meat on top of the shell ("piggyback style").
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Brush the Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
Arrange the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet.
Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
